1. Course Enrollment Cancellation
Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must submit a cancellation request through email or by contacting our support team before the commencement of the training batch.
2. Cancellation Before Batch Commencement
Cancellation requests submitted before the start of the training batch and before any course access has been provided may be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation After Course Access
Once access to course materials, recorded sessions, projects, LMS portals, mentorship programs, or training resources has been provided, cancellation requests may not be eligible for approval.
4. Non-Attendance Policy
Failure to attend scheduled classes, webinars, mentoring sessions, or training activities does not constitute a valid cancellation request and does not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Batch Rescheduling
Trainers Squad reserves the right to reschedule training batches, modify session timings, change trainers, or adjust course delivery methods due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes shall not be considered grounds for cancellation.
6. Corporate and Customized Training
Corporate training programs, customized workshops, and enterprise learning solutions may be subject to separate cancellation terms as specified in the respective service agreement.
7. Cancellation Processing
Approved cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any eligible refunds shall be handled in accordance with the Trainers Squad Refund Policy.
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
Trainers Squad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any course or service if a participant violates our Terms & Conditions, engages in misconduct, shares proprietary content without authorization, or disrupts training activities.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Cancellation requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Trainers Squad reserves the sole right to determine the outcome of such requests.
10. Changes to This Policy
Trainers Squad may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any modifications will be posted on this page along with the revised effective date.
