- No refund will be granted once course access has been provided.

3. Non-Refundable Services
- Demo sessions attended before enrollment.
- Downloaded course materials and recorded sessions.
- Certification examination or registration fees.

4. Batch Cancellation by Trainers Squad
If Trainers Squad cancels a scheduled batch due to operational or unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students may choose one of the following options:
- Transfer to the next available batch.
- Transfer to an equivalent course.
- Receive a full refund of the course fee paid.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The refund amount will be credited through the original payment method used during enrollment. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.
6. Enrollment Transfer Policy
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch or eligible course, subject to seat availability and management approval.
7. Placement Assistance Disclaimer
Trainers Squad provides career guidance, interview preparation, and placement assistance. However, job placement depends on individual performance, skills, experience, and market conditions. Therefore, refunds will not be provided based on employment outcomes.
8. Duplicate Payments and Technical Errors
In cases of duplicate transactions, overpayments, or technical errors caused by payment gateways, eligible refund requests will be reviewed and processed after verification.
9. Exceptions
Trainers Squad reserves the right to evaluate refund requests under exceptional circumstances. Any decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
